I think the smaller room will work just fine as 2 of us will most likely be using
it full time tomorrow and the other 2 staff members will be coming and going with
meetings.

We know that the landlord is having the painter onsite today by 2P to match
coloring and he can then confirm if tomorrow is set for painting our office.

The conference room can only accommodate 6-7 comfortably. The community room is
much much bigger but not as comfortable. So you want to use the smaller conference

Just pinged the landlord on getting a confirmation and they're still
unsure of the exact date/time but it is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow. As they are
not being responsive to us with scheduling, let me know if tentatively scheduling the use
of the conference room for tomorrow is doable.

We have two rooms you can choose from. The larger
community room can accommodate 100 ±. The smaller conference room can accommodate 6
easily but I've squeezed 8 in before. The conference room table seats 6 very comfortably.
